It looks cool, but I don't see hot radiator fluid being able to do a better job at cooling the intake charge than a good ole fashion bar and plate special.

Did I look at it wrong? It pumps fluid from the radiator through a "tube" that has air passing through it. Maybe I missed something...

I'd like to see some tests as to how cool the air temp is with water-air setups.

A good intercooler has the potential to bring iat's under 80*F. (this is a stock honda iat measurement. not the most exact, but thats all i have to go by)

Considering most engines coolant temp are around 170-190, I don't see how even the smaller radiator will bring the temps down 100*.

Ya for an Effective A2W setup you need to be having a Seperate resevoir (or cooler or somme ----) and a dedicated pump.... With a lots o rice... I mean Ice... Theres no way engine coolant is going to do anything positive. Duh...

LOL

thats just the basic setup, they also have a 4 loop cooler to go with it, along with pumps, etc. Most of these were tested on porchse

iv fixed a lot of heat exchangers and thats all this really is they are used on alot of dieasl rigs on the ocean, but they get cooled water from just that the ocean so it alot more efficient that way, and being it was tested on porshes well only thing i can see this being used is space
