Isn't the cl, the same as a accord, basically? 2.2 liter sohc vtec?

what year of a accord would if have to be?

any thing that the same year or older you need to convert it to obd1 as well

Same as 5th gen accord ---- 94-97. I sokld my F setup to a Canadialkn fellow on here.... Its now in a CL
