Just mockin some stuff up.....
-Mixed opinions on the valve cover....
-The car its going into is red....
-And before anyone says anything about the filter, I was mockin it up for N/A break in period.....

what is it going into? or are you just going to attach some axels and wheels and saddle up on the engine?

 

Did you buy the piston and rod on ebay? I'm looking for the same kit! And what is your cylinder bore? Nice setup!

 

did you have to notch your block? I know on the d16 you have to but what about ls motors?

 

... I can read 8100 on your piston bag so I assume its 81mm. I don't know if i'll oversize or not... anyway...

 

Nope, don't have to on the b series.

no his bore is stock 81mm. and he bought the rods off my bro inlaw. pistons are straight from wiseco themselves. motor went together awesome. all the spece were perfect. look for some goog power out of this one. probably 450whp on the street with new injectors and fuel pump. NE hmt ownes!

 

Is this guy near us too? I assume you're helping him with the build? If so, let me know when you guys are gonna do some more work, i don't mind helping out or just coming down to check out the build. Looking good so far OP

I wanted to do this with my spare d16 block but it seems like a hit or miss deal with most.
