I fixed everything now my car just runs like ----. I no longer have milky oil. I fixed my alternator. And now when ever I am in say first gear or any gear and mash it to wot it just jolts and pops and runs like ----, it doesnt speed up much but the turbo spools. Its almost like its running rich. When I mash it in first gear it will build for alittle and start to go but then just jolts extremely bad and pops and backfires. And goes no where. The spark plugs where back and had carbon on it.

no, turbohf helped me once again. I asked him if when fixing my alternator i unhooked the negative battery terminal will that reset my afc. He replies yes.

I am a fool. I know. $225 down the drain. Back to the tuner we ------- go.

Oh believe me I wanted to. Its just that Ive only had my car back from the tuner for about two or three weeks, and ive been trying to getting the oil fixed and other things. I didnt have time to write down the settings. Thinking they arent going far, I should fix the problems before I write down the settings. Dumb me.

Are you sure it reset the afc? When I used to run a vafc2 it never reset when I unplugged any of the terminals...supposedly they have an eprom setup in them for memory.

 

I am not 100%, all i know is i had tons of carbon on my spark plugs - symptoms of running rich - and he said it must not be tuned. So I told him I unplugged my battery and he said that might of reset the afc. Either way I got no clue what would be wrong. All bad things went away.
