hi been to alot of forums for honda turbos an this is the place for me..love the ideas an work done here.my question ,om my stock 1.6 zc motor can i run 5 to8 psi boost an add bigger injecters a fuel pressure regulater an adjust timing for tune. or do i need to get ecu tuned. ready to get out in yard an start this progect on my daily driver.for what it matters can do work myself but cant tune the ecu. ty..

 

 

Oh no tune needed at all. The stock ecu will adjust up to 15psi, so PUSH IT

 

Look at first couple stickies in this forum for help with turbo kit.. Then go to ------------- for ecu..

 

you're definately gonna want to read alot more ---- from this site before asking too many questions that have been answered and stickied a hundred times. unless you're a glutton for flaming and not wanting help at all. use the search button until you puke and when you're done use it some more. it is the best site for boostin your ride on the cheap, but don't confuse cheap with cutting corners. you'll find that the og's and people that have listened to them can put together a setup far cheaper, more powerful, and more reliable than most any kit you can buy. get some dsm390's or 450's and put your ecu in xenocron's hands for your basemap. then you can find someone to tune or learn yourself.

 

I agree. Just make sure to video tape your break-in runs and post them up.
