.50AE kicks like a mule. I'd really like to see what a .500 S&W revolver does to her... it would probably cause extensive damage to her face.

edit: Just looked on Wiki.. .500 cartridge has 2500 ft-lb (3500 J) energy, while the .50AE has 1400 ft-lb (1900 J) energy.

 

I almost posted that a couple months ago, But i remembered what it was like to get hit in the face with a gun so i didn't. ---- happened to me when i was about 8 and shooting my dads .45

 

I was hoping she would keep her tongue out and bite the hell out of it.

 

i shot a TC contender chambered in the .500 S&W, the thing kicked so hard the scope would get knocked out of sight like every 5 shots, and it wasnt enjoyable to shoot at all, or cheap

 

My uncle had a 45 or 44 single shot with a scope and all that jazz. I dont know a whole lot about them so i cant tell you much but he was pretty excited about it and was showing me the gun. I was standing over his sholder and he breached the barrel and it ejected the round. I wasn't expecting it and it smacked me square in the forehead but happened so fast I swore i had been shot. I almost puddled.
