Default H and F series dilemma

well I have some ideas floating around for my new project, I picked up an H23 from the local yard, look to be some impressive numbers and better then my original F22 idea...but the dilemma with the H motors are the FRM sleeves, I did some research on them and people are scared of them...is it only because of trying to used forged internals?? I guess the wrong mixture or lack of silicone in the piston will cause it to react with heat and pretty much destroy the cyl walls and piston skirts...now if I plan to just leave it stock and boost it would I be fine? Or should I grab and F22 bottom and slap the H23 head on it? I know the F22 had a smaller bore would I lose a decent amount of hp/tq? Im a newb to the F/H motors...not planing on going vtec so don't tell me to just grab and H22 head...but you can tell me to quit bitching and just boost the ---- out of the H23 and stop crying thats all good

Thats what I like to hear...anyone know whats the max I can expect out of a stock H23...I've seen similar claims to an LS..but isn't the H23 a little beefier and also closed deck? I was hoping to slap some nice bigole junk yard turbo on it and get some nice tq # out of it atleast...anyone suggest a decent turbo for it, some holset or something along those lines?

Eh, I heard they are $$...i haven't looked, I could just get the block sleeved too but I'm cheap so I'll keep the bottom end stock or go with an F bottom end...
