i just burned i am legend to a dvd using DVD flick. now when i try and play it on the tv, it looks like the tracking is so fucked up. what could this mean? like the video goes down the screen then starts at the top again. in a fast paced loop.

try re burning the dvd using nero or Record now DX

 

i think it was put into PAL format. oops.
