Default interior rattling

Ive got solid mounts, 6 puck clutch, and a somewhat loud exhuast and im dealing with alot of interior resonance.I know this is normal, but id like to know if theres any way i can quiet down my dashboard from rattling. It seems to be coming from near the steering wheel.I was thinking of tearing it apart and putting some sort of foam tape in there, but is there any other solutions?

some sound deadening. People think the 25 or whatever pounds sound deadening adds is worth taking out but if i ever tear my honda completely down im going to add some more to make it ride better. ---- the power to weight ratio, just turn up the boost if your worried about that.

If the sounds are dash pieces rubbing together its more tricky though. I would think some padded tape would work wonders on it

put mildly thick felt tabs on all mounting brackets for interior pieces or some sort of polyurethane filler.

yeah mine only seems to do it low rpms.I was told to just gut the car, and spray that rubberized undercoatiing anywhere i can reach.I heard it works better than that dynomat crap.

Window Weld filled mounts aren't too bad and worth the little work/softness the offer over Energy Suspension inserts. I assume you have the inserts and in that case, if it's DD car just pull them out and fill your mounts instead.
