So it took 2 days but its finally done. I'm no longer rocking the shitty autotragic POS that once weighted down my EH.
With the engine and tranny out of the car and on a hoist I was able to get in and remove the air conditioning and power steering components. Along with the removal of the old tranny my car has lost A LOT OF WEIGHT. There was a few issues though after finishing up. Now the O2 sensor is fucked and its gonna cost about $90 to replace it at Vatozone, unless I can get one off the old D15 sitting in the yard. The only other issues are I can't seem to find a good shifter boot at any of the stores around here. I wanted to go with a stock OEM, but I can't even find one of those.

That auto tranny was a heavy bitch. Took me and a buddy to carry it off. Whilst it only took me like 1 hand to pick up the manual. So now its time to start piecing together my first turbo kit.

nice to here your swap went great. i need to install my 5 speed in place of my 4 speed in my ef hatch. i love it though, until i swap to my built d16y7. but first im gonna turbo the d15b2/y7 combo and give it hell.

---- the crx si in my driveway snapped the tranny case pretty bad at the rack and the only tranny we had laying around was an old 4 speed so now it has a single slam zc 4 speed in it.

 

when it comes to trans, i already toasted one si trans. blew the whole bitch apart on the inside. trans case broke on me and took out 1-3 gears with it when the bitch locked up my front end........

motors though ive been good with, though i did have one that i had a nice bearing failure in

 

Glad that bracket worked for ya. I have good working 4 wire o2 sensor for ya. Pm me ya mucho cheap
