z6 y8 oil pan interchangable??

So are the y8 and z6 oil pans interchangeable

?? I know they use totally different gaskets thats why im asking??

You need to use whatever dipstick tube goes with the pan, I think. Like a y8 pan needs a y8 dipstick tube, z6 pan needs z6 tube.

The block should determine what dipstick you use, not the oil pan.

h-t is full of tards. you know that, right ?

i used a6 pan on a z6 with the z6 pick up. motor kept sending a vtec oil pressure sensor CEL.

ill let you guess why.
