any one have a lincoln v155 tig?
this looks like a nice tig welder has anyone use one or own one? and pretty cheap too like 950 on ebay.

All those specs seem very similar to the miller maxstar 150 stl. I had the miller and it worked great for small applications. You can pretty much weld anything to do with FI except aluminum.
so i went over to the welding supply place and looked at the specs for it and all i can say is how the ---- can they even sell any of those linconls?, you cant have a remote amerage control at all. ---- that.
i am going to get a maxstar 150 sth (w/high freq), so much better then the lincoln and liek the same price too.

yep, and its hard to weld in tight spaces because you have to reach all the way down and touch to start the arc. But for basic welding, or a newb welder, its not half bad if you pick one up cheap. I have an arcotech? tig i got off egay for 300 and its pretty sweet.
