Default HMT get even tactics

My dad bought a business from a guy who happened to be the property owner as well. He was a liar and a cheat and a **** poor landlord. My dad's lease is almost over and we found a place to relocate to literally 1/8 of a mile down the road. He told the landlord we were moving to the other location and now the landlord had from Nov. 1 to Feb. 1 to find another person to lease the space.

The first thing the guy did was call up our friendly competitor from a few towns over to see if he would be interested in the space. Clearly the guy is looking to put a hurt on our business and play dirty. Moving on to today. The guy decided to put a sign up saying that our type of business is for rent. In fact, our type of business is not for rent and it's simply the space. Now the gloves are off basically. We've put signs up around the store about various problems with the building. Such as the heat not working well nor does the AC. The water pressure is so poor in the building you can't flush the toilet. Basically trying to make this guy's building look like crap. We are also ordering a banner about twice the size of his stating we are simply moving down the street. Right now we feel his sign makes it look like we are going out of business or renting OUR business when he is simply able to rent space and if he decided to put another store in, they would be going against our relatively large customer base.

Now that's what my dad and the business are going to do. I will continue to suggest the business counter his attempts in a more professional manner. I'm looking for reasonable and unreasonable things to make this guys life not so great. I'll post some **** and pictures of fluxcore madness when I get home to make this thread more HMT worthy.

Hire a hitman, that would make his life "not so great".

If he's married, order a bunch of escorts (not Fords, hookers stupid) to his house when he's gone and just his wife/family is there.
