state of emergency declared
thousands arrested initially for not doing anything! preemptive arrests..
hundreds more arrested for protesting...
all independent media outlets shut down anyone who resisted beat and tossed into jail
supreme court disolved...
soldiers everywhere clamping down on any public demonstrations
