correct head gasket

what head gasket are you supposed to use for ls/vtec? i've seen a few places on here that say use the gsr head gasket and other places say use the ls head gasket....any help would be greatly appreciated

im not sure but i think you can use either one. dont quote me on that unless you wanna sound retarted if im wrong.

i just want to make sure so that i dont have any oil leaks from the head not seating properly

Use a L/S head gasket the gsr head gasket has a 1 more oil gally thats not bein used any more
