lady cop running after 2 guys in her car.. stops car runs out (what the ---- was she thinking?? i dont think she was)
one of the guys evades her comes running and jumps into the cop car.. she comes running back and tries to open the door that wont.. he does a donut to shake her off and peels away

 

most cops would have shot the thief as soon as he hit the gas and called it attempted vehicular assault or something

 

you know it wasnt LAPD.. or NYPD..
