Roll Cage Fitting question
If I use a 10-point roll cage kit from Jegs. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...58645_-1_10775 Will I be able to keep the dash intact? I can't really tell from the pics and I have no experience with roll cages.
You can keep the dash but you'll need to cut out holes for the bars to go through. I can't imagine why you would need a 10 pt and not know much about it. Other than a full drag car, you should probably keep bars from right in front of your face.

The only place on a Honda that will kill you every time if your vehicle is struck there, or flips over onto that area, is the windshield/front of the roof area. You WANT a 10 pt cage as anything else is a halfmeasure, especially with 88-91 ED chassis.

Thanks for the input fellas. This is going into a CRX by the way.
edit: I'll make as post pretty soon on the build progress and what it entails...just so I can get the opinions of the HMT community.

Well, I hit a flatbed trailer truck going about 5-15mph while I was going around 65 in my lil crx and he cut me off on the highway.
I was knocked out and face cut up (needed 30 stitches), but came out WAY better than I expected.
Those cages are pretty cheap. I want to find a plain, stockass HF to throw a b in and use as a track car... Hmm...
