she claims so, seems pretty solid, he cornered her at work and kept telling her that he was going to offer her money to touch her, she said no a few times but he kept offering more $ and kept assuring her that if he did anything that she didn't like she could tell her mom and if she said no and meant it, he'd promise to not do it again, and blah blah... he called her mom (shes underage) to tell her that he'll pick her up on fridays after school to take her to work and ----..

how? he cornered her in the kitchen and kept asking her to let him do it, he's a pretty big guy that pretty much any 16yo girl would be afraid of naturally, let alone cornered. only one door in the place according to her, and the only way she saw gettin out of it alive (so she felt) was to let him do it.
