Any Carfax subscriptions out there? Need a VIN lookup

Like the title says, got a line on an integra, but something seems shady about the owner (ie no title)

Im cheap jew nig and wanted to check before I paid the service

IMO, no title means no buy

stay away from those cars, its only asking for trouble
