That was a direct quote from progressive's web site. Ive found similar things from geico and nationwide. 
I guess im fucked. Ive got bills from 4 years ago i havent paid. From other insurance companies, lol. :1
Im ------- poor. Does that mean I shouldnt have the right to drive? The amount of money in my bank account does not reflect my level of intelligence. It reflects the bills i have to pay to survive.

I think someones credit score shows more about them than thier age, sex, car they drive, ect.... I don't know what it would tell about your driving habits though.
