ok i have an ef. turbo d hmt style of course. put down 206 whp. ****** pulls. anyways. i could only run a 14.7. its my first time at track with a boosted car. heres one of my runs.

Something must be wrong because I would have guessed you would be trapping about 10mph faster and ran 13's easily with that power in an ef hatch.

 

could a bad alternator cause that? because it died on the starting line?

Looks like a low 14 second car if you can drive it a bit better.

 

the motor is also a z6 swap and was tuned without vtec cause it didnt kick in. still put down 206 whp tho. i have no clue what my problem is.

Uh, oil pressure?

 

the oil pressure was low but i found out vtec didnt kick in because of my speed sensor. but 206 whp with advans should run at least a 13.9. i dont know if im just not raping my car enough or not. I have more fun with the build than the track time but seriously 14.7? do i need to beat the ---- out of it more?
