Just wondering where you guys find them. Ive seen some members with some good ones and Im thinking we should have a "Hottest HMT Avatar" Contest or somethin'. But remember keep em safe for work. :P

I know the windows media logo in it is ultra ghetto, its the reason i started this thread so I might be able to find a better one and eventually a best one.
(and its an excuse to look at hotties....not like you need an excuse)
