Default Car won't start..Turboedit turbo LS

A buddy of mine has a '90 Integra with a peiced together turbo kit, ssac mani, ebay 60 trim, 3" downpipe, ebay fmic,..ebay w/g..basically a whole ebay turbo kit except he had xenoncron chip his ecu for Turboedit, for a 2.5bar motorola map sensor, DSM 450's and a walbro 255. The thing is..he got a ebay "walbro" 255..we got everything together, the car had ran with the pump, a obx fmu, and check valves while the ecu was getting chipped, and the car ran, but ran like crap, and fouled out plugs so we only drove it for like a day. anyway, the ecu and map sensor showed up and we installed the dsm 450's, heat range 7 plugs, 2.5 bar map sensor, and the chipped ecu. the car started up and idled perfect, then when you gave it any gas, it will stall out and die, and after 30 seconds or so of idling, the car would stall out like it was running out of gas..we found the car had a small fuel leak. so, we fixed the fuel line, and the car won't even start and idle now, even with fresh plugs. I'm all out of ideas..its either getting WAY too much fuel, with i don't think so, because we put stock injectors back in it and it still wouldn't start. or its not getting enough fuel because thats a shitty ebay pump. Also, i'm aware that ebay parts are crap, and should never be bought, but sometimes your friends don't listen to you. anyone have any ideas? similar problems? anything would help.
