when i got my first 88 HF, 100% stock i got 30mpg... i was raping the ---- out of it... slow as ----... so id rape it harder...

when i got the DOHC ZC swapped in i got 33mpg... it had TWICE the hp... i didnt have to rape the ---- out of the car to get it to move out of its own way. but still had fun with it...

Most of the fuel mileage is from the fuel injection, not the turbos.

id say the 91mm's are fine. I doubt that engine spins very fast. id say 2k rpm's is its limit.
