I don't even see how that's legal. That's like getting caught riding a quad/bike in a private sand pit and instead of arresting you, they dump gas on the quad and light it on fire. Or like getting caught fishing without a license and instead of just ticketing you they throw your pole and tackle box into the lake too. Or maybe even getting breach of peace for a noise complaint and instead of just at ticket, the cop smashes your stereo to pieces with a bat.

Isn't that just destorying your personal property? I just don't see how they could do that.
