Pretty much like the title says. I got a nividia gforce-2 (which believe it or not is an upgrade for my old *** computer) and the heatsink fan is broken. I was going to forget about it, but it gets hot enough to burn my hand even under normal use (not gaming) and I don't want to fry the chip. I don't know a ton about computers so throw me some suggestions.

Fan connector on the card is 2 prong btw, if that matters.

Wow that's disgusting.

I ended up just making the 20 minute drive to Comp USA and got a whole VGA cooler kit for $20. Couldn't wait 3-7 days for shipping. Worked pretty good, card and heatsink are cool to the touch even while gaming.

 

i woulda have just zip tied a 80mm case fan to it, done it before
