I've had this game for over 2 years back when Alpha 1 was the only one available. Now Alpha 2 is out and patch X just came out. This game is the real deal road racing sim. I know most of you like going in a straight line so they have a bit of that in there too. but its 99% focused on road racing.

I am wondering if anyone else plays this? There is a free version you can try. you get one track and one car. To unlock the game it costs you around 24 british pounds. Well worth it IMO. I dont think there was a tiime where I got bored of this game. especially since the car physics are pretty impressive and its designed to be an online multiplayer game.

I suggest you guys try it out. I use my mouse but its best played with a steering wheel and pedals and a 21" LCD monitor.

I have an old version of that and used to play it often. The most realistic driver sim I have ever seen.

Trying to figure out how to get it for free.

 

Can all of the cars be driven with a S2 license? Some times I like to just go out thrashing on the cars and not getting points to earn new cars lol. Any cheats or what?

 

No cheats and you can use all the cars. this game is not need for speed. there is no unlocks and its not available for free. When you pay for the game you register with their database so you access the game via an unlock. Meaning the game is connected to the internet each time you play. Its sort of like world of warcraft where it would be impossible to play it free unless you stole someones username and password.

I say do it up guys. right now I'm in the process of changing from this old ******* to my new laptop so I wont be on for a while but it would be a lot of fun to actually get some guys together and set up a race.

 

so its like 50 bucks? i think ill download the free version and give it a try first.


can you modify anything on the cars? and where do you get your steering wheel/ pedal setup? do they allow for manually shifted ones?
