Small Motorolla Map Sensor Pins
hey guys, i just got the Motorolla 2.5 bar MAP sensor today and i found out that i got the little one...
First, i cant find the pin with the notch so i dont know which pin is pin #1.
Second, the xenocron instruction says to use a VDOM meter to check which pins are 5v, grnd, and Vout... but i'm a noob to electrical ---- so how would i do this with a sensor that's not powered or anything...?
do i power it with a 5 v source into a random pin and check?
Here's a pic of the blasted thing

Thanks guys

DUDE that helped so much thanks man. Reading some of that has gathered up some questions though. with mine, the number being MPXH6300A i take it as being a 300kPa Map sensor, take away 100KPa for atmosperic and i have a 200Kpa... wont that make it a 2Bar sensor??
Also, how does crome take these different map sensors cuz i've only tried the preset GM 3bar, Motorolla 2.5bar... etc
Thanks in advance guys

No it is stll a 3 BAR map sensor. It senses 1 BAR of vacuum and 2 BAR worth of boost.
They work fine in CROME. Any MAP sensor will work in CROME, it's all about setting up the scalar correctly.
