what are "sill" plates

i got a dash and 2 sets of the door panells. if you want it all i can put it on a pallet . probly only way to ship the dash

 

sill plates are the plastic pieces that go under the doors really right now i want the panels and i want the dash also but i cant aford to put ---- on a pallet, but if you can box the dash later then we can work somnthing out ,, but for now hook it up on the dps...
