So i have taken the oppurtuninty to build my ZC due to the fact that my old car has been wrecked i have taken it apart and want to know if i should replace my internals like pistons and rods? also how difficult will it be to adjust my valves in the head? any information would help ..thanks

 

well if you have the confidence to take apart an engine you should have no problem doing a valve adjustment. Just buy a helms/chiltons and follow along.
