I had a 2001 Ex last year (purchased new in July 2001) and I was lucky to barely squeeze maybe 8hp out of just I/H/E. I know that a turbo on that SOHC is possable but I'm not totally sure on the 200hp. I'm sure that with better internals and god knows what else it could be done. Or you could go the even more expensive route and swap in one of the K20's.

any K20 swap is gonna cost you $4000+ RSX type S engine and tranny is $4500 alone. for that price I would rather buy a 88-91 civic and build that up OBD1 style and have the 02 as a daily driver.

Honda really messed up, the beauty of it, all the possible swaps and combos for cars from 88 up was so nice and pretty until the new models came out. By changing the whole car/engine they really messed up. Only ricers buy them to make them look like ----. I would rather buy a a 4 gen hatch or a crx, swap in a bseries engine and only spend $2000 than even thinking of getting a new car and having to pay for it for years and years while I could just have fun with my older hatch, make it a lot faster for thousand less.
