JDM 6 bolt swap
Aftermarket Oil Cooler, Front mounted
ACT Streetlight flywheel
ACT XTSS clutch, 2600lb PP
K&N filter, opened up air box
On-Green Performance MBC
EGR removal kit
2.5" Test pipe
4 bolt rear end, LSD
Rebuilt 14b turbocharger, running 16psi

Alpine Cd player
Autometer Boost guage, and Pillar pod

Good
Runs strong, motor has perfect compression. Turbo Boost's hard. Always ran 10w30 Mobil 1 synthetic since I've owned the car. JDM motor has about 40,000km on it. No fluid leaks. Will throw in a welded Viscous Couple to convert the car to FWD or RWD.

Bad
Front passenger fender blemishes, barely noticable.
Minor right rear quarter dent.
Front Driverside CV axle clicks, will need replacing soon.

Cash on my end is possible as well, prefer EBP. In addition, I will entertain 99-00 Civic Ex shells as well. :thumbup:
