Default No oil pressure after oil change

Oil pressure was fine before oil change. Changed oil, and now oil light is on and after market oil pressure gauge is at 0. There are no leaks and there is no oil coming out of any of the oil lines. The only thing i can think of is that the cap for the oil pressure relief feel off inside the oil pan. Let me know what you think.

ZC engine w/ 600 miles on fresh build and turbo. New pump from Honda, oil cooler, and relocated oil filter installed when built.

Here is a picture of the old pump, and you can see the allen head cap which holds the pressure relief...

You know it does take a couple to build oil pressure back up after an oil change...it's not an instantaneous thing. Pull the ecu fuse and crank the motor until you see pressure, then put the fuse back and drive.

Mine usually takes closer to 30 seconds. Still not alot of time, but I just hate the idea of 30 seconds with no oil pressure

How big and long are the oil lines to the oil cooler and filter relocation?
