Okay my buddy got a turbo from a f350 we need to block of the internal gate. The flappers sit inside the exhaust housing. Now can I just put a flange over them and call it a day or do I need to weld the flappers shut? This thing is ------ huge exhaust is .84/ .50 a/r it says garrett m10 I dunno it brand new and it was free so yeah.
