Tune fucks up!!!!!!!!!

Tune ***** up!!!!!!!!!
Hi, i have a problem. I'm running crome pro on p28 with ostrich and lc-1.
i tune the car everything works right, then sometimes after i unplug the dataloging cable and ostrich my fuel map gets messed up.
instead of 12 afr i get like 9 everywhere and the car pulls like ----, so i have to retune all over.
I tried burning the map on the chip instead of using ostrich and still sometimes it gets messed up.
Do u guys think it might have something to do with me unpluging the usb cables?
tell me if u guys need more info on my set up or anything. Thanks.
