what 4 bolt flange do i need??

i just bought a 4 bolt 3 inch exaust flange for my ching chong meow turbo and the bolt pattern is way to big?? which 4 bolt one to i need?? I thought 4 bolt was 4 bolt and they were all the same size?/ wtf.

ok, i measured the exhaust side and the bolts are 2.5 inches apart. will this flange work?? I need to find a flange asap cause i need my ---- boosted before break is over.
