This was my old kit. Just taken off the car yesterday.

HF manifold w/heat shield + adapter
IHI vj11 turbo. (no shaft play whatsoever)
Homemade DP + stock dp if needed.
450's w/resistor box

This kit got me into the low 13's with my d15b vTaK. Great kit for the price. $425 shipped.

was the 13 sec setup on stock block?

 

yes. it was a STOCK jdm d15b vtec. just slapped everything on, got it tuned , and away she went....

that was 13.2 at 2600 ft elevation.
thats 12's in Bakersfield at 400 ft

you have to consider, this was in a 1950 lb hatch

 

car would of been 12.70's at sea level.

 

wastegate included? and is there a flange on the bottom side of the downpipe?

 

wastegate is included. and the end of the downpipe isnt flanged. I was running it open down pipe. But you can easily slip on a cherry bomb or whatever if you want it quieter. I had also went that route before.
