i built my lower end (z6) with forged internals eagle/cpr low compression pistons and ever since it sounds like a damn diesel is this a problem?

What injectors? DSM's are loud as ----.
I just built a Z6 with CP's and Eagles and when I started it I was like "Wtf is that! Piston slap? I've never built a motor and I'm such a noob!" But it was the injectors making all the racket.
