EF DX gauge cluster and black piece on crank gear sea, WA

It would nice to just try out a gauge cluster to see if mines busted. Nothing works. and that black piece that goes on both sides of the crankshaft gear behind the crank pulley

quick local prefered.

i have an ex cluster in nice but it needs the clear plastic cover that goes over it
