Plug and play if you repin the 2 plugs that go in the back (not too bad, I have both diagrams) or just swap the tach and speedo into your existing cluster.
$300 is high....Ebay is high ball, everyone knows that...$200 is fair...

 

good luck finding it for $200 in the US...all the shops want at least $300 if they can even find it, plus shipping...but alas i said b/o in the original post (but be reasonable)...
