ok i just got a 95 240 and the rear makes a clunkling noise if i accel harshly or decel harshly...also it makes the same noise when i slam the brakes...could this be a bushing ...u joint...im not sure ...what do you think

 

have you checked it out? put it on jackstands and wiggle the rim around see if it clanks, thatll tell you where to look, if nothing, then pull the wheel and check your brakes out.

could be there rear end too, i recently had a 92 240sx, and was doing the same thing,but mine locked up after driving on it, took the rear out and took it apart and there was nothing left of the spider gears, so i purchased a vlsd, what a difference
