although it was hilarious as ----, she had no right to bring her kids or her weight into the 'case'.
Also, if that lady did in fact state in the auction that it was for the pictures only, then she did not scam. It's wrong and dirty, but not a scam.

No ---- that. That dumb *** should have read what she was bidding on. I would file a lawsuit against the plaintiff and Judge Judy. When you sign up for eBay and bid it is a LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. The judge ignored that completely. Yes the girl was being sneaky, that's besides the point.

I lost respect a while back... some case where two ghetto *** dirty chicks said their neighbor hit their car and took off. The woman was at work, and yet Judge Judy ruled in favor of the ghetto *** chicks.
Also note, the paint left on the ghetto people's car was yellow, and the womans car was white with no damage on the car whatsoever

lol, well I can see it going both ways, the auction said "photo only", but it also says 4.9oz in the description. 
That's where she fucked up. She's a piece of ---- scammer, but still...

No way guys. That bitch KNEW she was scamming ---- her. ---- living in a society where you should EXPECT to get fucked so it becomes standard practice to read an ad 50 times to see exactly how you're going to get fucked over. Thats not the way ---- should be.

I think she deserved to lose the case, if she was gonna try to be a smart *** about scamming someone, she should ahve been smart enough not to list the weight of the item, I think she would have won if she would have left the weight out of the auction.
