searched everywhere. where can i find a T3 discharge flange that will work with a internally gated t3 where the flapper would clear.

 

Usually the flapper is in the 5-bolt exhaust housing for a T3.

Which T3 are you using?

found it, thanks for the help whiterice. i was lookiing for that piece you posted up but without the flapper on it.

 

ill remove the flapper and weld it shut where it was if you want one

 

you can buy one of those T3 outlet flange that covers up the WG hole.

I think he might have been referring to the odd ball t3 that has the flapper built in to the turbine housing.
I have only come across one of those which I sold quick.
A regular block off plate does not have the room to allow the swing arm to rotate.
you could use a stock piece like the picture, cut off the arm and weld the small hole on the side.

 

I can laser cut the flange if you have a gasket I can measure.
