Default DC 4-2-1 made into a turbo manifold?

Do you guys think it would be conceivable to turn the upper section of my DC 4-2-1 header into a turbo manifold buy welding a T3 flange onto it at the junction? I have a manifold already but I think the DC piece would look much more sexy, being ceramic coated and all. Opinions?

wouldnt that put the turbo to low and to close to the oil pan?It would proabably be a real tight bend for the down pipe no?

yeah, now that you mention that. well, it was just a thought. I guess I can sell it and maybe get some more parts for my turbo kit.

you could cut and weld, except that it's ceramic coated, bleh, you'll lose most of the ceramic coating around your welds (grind it off or you'll end up with porosity)
