It looks ok to me, fair price on it also. It says it's an AC welder so I'm assuming I can weld aluminium with it, and pretty much anything else or am I wrong?

That one is DC only and is just a re-badged re-badged smiley. They do have one that is AC, but it it pricey. And once you are talking about that amount of money you might as well spend a bit more and get something proven, or even a something better that is used.
