My dad owns commercial fishing boats and I'm pretty sure when they fish it(soon) I can get some and smoke it for you.

 

depends on the kind you find... if its bloated... gutted... or fillets... just get me some prices.. not going to say money is not an issue but i haavent had smoked herring in 6 months
