Usually every year my boss takes all of the employees out to breakfast, and gets us a gift and a 200.00 xmas bonus. This year for some reason was different. No breakfast, no gift.. and a $47.53 xmas bonus. wtf. He said the company was in the "red flag" which doesn't make sense because we've been extremely busy all year, and whipe out jobs pretty quick. i'm pretty upset..when you depend on that as part of your income. rather of had a jelly belly of the month club membership lol

I'm going to say it was the best one.

 

My wife didnt get her first paycheck as we were planning on using it to buy our presents with. A little over a grand we missed. the ---- at payroll forgot to put her in the system and they couldnt write her a papercheck. The next check though should be for around $1800....

 

I am really pissed as well. I got a ------- $400 bonus. What the ---- kind of ---- is that?

 

it's almost as if a bonus is not guaranteed :P
haha I like how my sister complains to me about a 10% bonus instead of 15%

Ive been at the same company for 9 years and I have never got a christmas bonus.. I dont understand how a owner can clear over 150 grand a month at just one of his stores cant dish a little love to the employees that got him there. Aw well.. I still love the place
