Default ecu capacitors

are these the same ones that were supposed to come in my moates kit? or are they suppsed to be 12v?

those are expensive..

you talkin about the chipping kit? cuz the ones i used are different and cheaper... ---- i need to order some more...thanks for reminding me!

Yes just go to the shack. They are in the grey drawers. I just had to get some there because I ran out.

The capacitors are filtering caps...they are by no means required to run a chipped ECU but they are good to install if you can.

They filter out power spikes and dips that are caused by any sort of interference.

Generally they do nothing, but if your car is doing some wacky ---- and you dont have the caps in your ECU, best to have them put in.

I dont know why, but a lot of 'chippers' out there still dont put them in

if you are lookin at caps, look at caps that have a max voltage of at least 25V that way the caps don't blow up when you start your car. all they are, are 0.1 uF ceramic disk caps, many diff kinds out there, as well as many diff temp ranges
