'Next size up' turbine housing from a 0.35?

I know it's smaller than the sizes normally discussed, but it's not on a big / revvy engine... I know a 0.48 A/R is available, but I'm looking for a half-way house right now; something like a 0.42?

whats it going on? there are some .42s but i cant remember what they came off of. ive seen a few john deere tractors with a .38 but they have the classic screwed up diesel sizing.
