1" hose out of aluminum ic piping?

i need to mount a 1" hose that goes to my IAC motor on my aluminum ic piping. do i have to weld on a fitting or a 1" aluminum tube or what? is thier any fittings that will thread on and not leak boost?

drill a hole, insert, jbweld :P

i need that hose in the same spot as factory so i can get a decent idle.
i can get it welded but where can i find a aluminum fitting like that? should i get a aluminum bung and weld that in for a regular fitting?
this is on a tacoma btw
